Salient Features
Class 100 hepa filter can be fitted inside and outside. The temperature variation inside the chamber will not be more than 5°C (Hottest Point & Coldest point).
Special arrangement of baffles is made for the uniform distribution of air inside the chamber.
The trolley design is such that the loaded trolley can be pulled out easily at 65°C due to specially designed wheels.
Specially manufactured Silicon door gasket to ensure zero leakage during the operation.
Black particle generation is totally eradicated with the appropriate design of the heater bank, which is externally removable for maintenance saving time and energy.
PLC based control panel.(Optional).
Total unit is made as per WHO.
Structure made of M S Heavy angle.
Sterilizer Inner and outer wall made from S S 304 quality sheet.
Door provided to both side one opening is in non sterile area and second opening is in sterile area.
A grade mineral wool insulation to optimize heat effectiveness and stop heat loses.
Dynamically balanced fan provided for hot air circulation to achieve uniform temperature.
Heating Cycle :
The Ampoules / Vials placed in trays are washed in non-sterile room and loaded on the trolley.The trolley is moved to the sterilizer on a transfer trolley. Temperature and Times are set on the Digital Controller. The Impeller mounted on the top circulates the hot air horizontally over the charge. The air is heated by elements mounted on the top. Fresh air enters the system through Hepa Filter Module. The system incorporates two doors, one opening into the sterile room and the other opening in the non-sterile room. Both the doors are pneumatically interlocked. The temperature profile during sterilization cycle is recorded on a circular chart recorder, validation of the system is provided by a six-point digital temperature scanner.
Cooling Cycle :
After the time period required for sterilizing the batch has elapsed, the heating circuit shuts of the pneumatics damper (exhaust) opens and cooling operation commences.
